Reservation can be changed until 6pm the day before the treatment date.
Cancelation must be made by telephone or WhatsApp or Instagram by 6pm two days before, not including the day of the treatment.
Any other changes of the reservation will cost RM100, cancelation result in the ticket being cancelled or 100% of the booked treatment fee being charged.
What do you wear for the treatment?
We offer gowns or wrap dresses.
Please change into a paper bra or paper panties depending on the treatment.
Is it possible for male to visit alone?
It is also possible for men to come alone.
Is it possible to take treatment together for couple?
We have connecting room, so it is possible.
Can I bring my kids?
It depends on the age, and the detail of the reservation, so please ask our stuff when making reservation.
Is there any age limit?
We don’t have age limit, but our customers are mainly over 20s.
Can I use credit cards?
We accept credit card, debit card, cashless payment.
Can I visit the salon to purchase cosmetics?
Yes you can.
You can also try our cosmetics before purchasing, in this case, it will be better to contact us before visiting.

English, Japanese.
Japanese staff will be available, and you can also request translators as you wish.
