Reservation and cancellation

Reservation change is accepted before 18:00 one day before the treatment.
Cancellation is accepted until 18:00 2 days before the treatment.
Both are acceptable by phone or WhatsApp, or Instagram.
We charge RM100 the other cases of reservation change, and charge 100% treatment fee or ticket deletion.

About being late

If you’re late for unavoidable circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you come to the salon after the appointment time, we may ask to shorten the treatment or cancel the reservation.
（In case we ask to shorten the treatment time, please understand that we charge 100% of the price)
If you’re late more than 10 mins, please understand that we may ask you to cancel for another customer.
In that case, we charge 100% of your reservation or ticket will be consumed.
